The 34-minute film is a fantastic start to your Grand Canyon adventure as it carries you on a journey that spans 4,000 years of Grand Canyon history. Most of the rest of the visitor center building consists of a gift shop and a food court/cafeteria, both of which we used. (Can't seem to visit anywhere without buying something from the gift shop!) There is a small area of actual exhibits, as well as a very nice, detailed map of the canyon on the wall, but the exhibits almost felt like an afterthought.
